My doctor told me to take this for hot flashes and said it would take about 6 weeks to kick in and start working.
I took it religiously like he told me to, morning and night, two pills.
He was right….in 6 weeks I stopped having hot flashes. I was not expecting it to work so well.
I now take one pill at night and it still works for me.
I used to have to sleep with the window open…..I can now wear regular clothes instead of sleeveless tees under everything, ‘just in case’.
I really was amazed it worked so well, and I am really grateful. The product is worth every penny.
