I’ve used other food journals before, but this one is by far the most convenient to use throughout the day. It really does fit in a wallet, which is perfect because I can’t stand lugging around too much crap in my purse, and sometimes I don’t want to take my entire purse anyways. Also, it includes a mini pen with little wing grips that makes it really easy to use. For some people who don’t mind the bulk of larger journals, this may not be for you. But if you’re trying to be “lite” on your toes, this PicoPad is definitely the way to go.
