Back a few years ago unfortunately i was involved in bad accident and no ins. so now my credit is screwed cause of this will i benifit from this or would i have had better luck buying a lottery ticket

    There is a lot of confusion going around about the new Health Care plan. The majority of the things it will do is stop Insurance companies from dropping their clients when there hurt, ill or ect. Also make it easier to get covered by insurance, because they will no longer be able not except you because of past illnesses. So I don’t think the new Health care plan will do you any good in your situation. :( sorry.

    I doubt it. Paying for everyone’s back bills would bankrupt the plan immediately.
    If you buy car insurance today,it doesn’t cover an accident you had years ago. Same thing.
    You are responsible for whatever was incurred before the plan started.

    Unfortunately, no. It would cost way too much to reimburse everyone for their past medical bills.

    Insurance is not like a loan, it is coverage for a future unforeseen incident.
