Will I Lose My Health Care From The Va After 5 Years Is Up?

I am 70% service connected disabled by the VA and have been receiving compensation as such. Do I fall in the category of OIF/OEF veterans who lose the free medical care 5 years after they get out? Thanks.

No, if you’re rated 70% now you’ll still be rated 70% after the five years is up! Anything over 30% and you have VA privileges for life.

You only get pulled if you have no disability and make more than the poverty line!
