    If we took down all the meat farming slaughterhouses, we’d have more than enough farm land to produce anything we wanted.

    Actually Organic farmers do use chemicals, everything is a chemical. But the chemicals are actually more harmful than the synthetic pesticides and fertilizers because of technological advancement.

    Mefune is obviously angry because misinformation is being devoured by the general public. They are being mislead, and on top of that being told that the planet would be a better place if everyone ate organic foods. What organic growers are not telling the public is everything in his/her post, on top of the fact that organic growing techniques take up much more space than conventional methods. It also stifles science and progress, so organic growers need to stop being retarded. END

    give me a break…I am all for permaculture but sorry bugs are not welcome, desired or acceptable in a high priced food joint. Conventional agriculture can do the same, grow stuff with bugs and no chemical pesticides….for less

    - The MAJORITY of “organic” products come from big companies, not local farmers.

    No one uses Genetically modified foods dork. It’s called PROCESSED food. Which means it’s more processed and chemicalized. Those chemicals are bad dude. Pesticides, Herbicides and Chemical fertiziliers (Not Manure Fertilizers) are more harmful.

    Umm dude. Cow Manure is not used for non-organic. Cow manure is actually one of the world’s healthiest soil revivers on the planet. Organic farms use the nature around them such as Cow manure while Processed use chemicals.

    Most insects on farms are heatlhy such as Gardener Snakes and Spiders (I know a snake isn’t a bug.) Because they eat away of all the killer insects. That’s why Farmers invitel adybugs and garden spiders in their barn because it eats away of bad chemicals and insects. “Bad season?” There is no such thing as a bad season unless your in a BAD place. Such as Anarctica or mainland of Greenland. Dumbass.
