   Because it’s not the wealthy Mexicans. Who cross the border.
   The Mexican government actually encourages their poor. To cross the border. For better health care.
   Mexico is not a poor country. It is wealthy. More than what most people think. It just has two classes. A rich and poor. The United States will experience the same fate. Soon enough.
   Expect the poor class of the United States. To get bigger. As the middle class thins.
   If I was Canada. I would close my borders. Because…. Many Americans already started to. And will continue to. Flee their way.

   it would be easy but our leaders are incompetent and should be imprisoned for derilection of duty when it comes to the southern border. and it all has to do with feel good politics. i mean the
   mexican american war was not politically correct. it was our first
   war under the stars and stripes against a foreign power,
   the first one where we sang the star spangled banner as we marched in step. it gave the average american tremendous pride and joy
   to see the US revenge the alamo, and defeat the mexicans soundly and clearly, i saw the pictures of the american troops lining the streets of el dorado blvd in mexico city after they conquered the place.
   and it was a strange feeling i got seeing that. and recognizing what the local population must have felt.
   all of our problems with mexico go back to that one fact.
   future wars US was always able to claim justice liberty etc.
   but the mexican american war was greed power land and that
   will always be a scar on our record just like slavery.
   mexico gets a free pass today with america and its funny because
   they clearly try to subvert america at all times, even the cheap labor
   is a net negative for the US, do not forget mexico allied itself
   with the nazis in ww2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! can you imagine if the nazis had won what they would have done with mexico???

   Why doesn’t Mexico bill the U.S. for every penny below minimum wage that you pay illegals? After all, if you weren’t giving them jobs, they wouldn’t be here.
   MUSCLEMIND doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Mexico allied itself with the U.S. in WW2, providing up to 40% of the raw materials used by the war industries.

   What are they going to pay us with? Pot? More immigrants? Maybe export some of it’s crime?
   Good idea, but wouldn’t pan out.
