When I was in Peace Corps I had the best insurance I’ve ever had in my life. All provided by the US government.

So you joined the military so you could leech off the govt and get a welfare check for life, then you blame the govt cause you can’t afford private insurance? Why do you look to the govt. to cure your problems.
PS, i don’t belive your story about gallstones because I had gallstones. Your facts don’t add up. You do not start out with intense pain, it is a gradual build up of pain as the gallstone grows in size. And in your example, you said the military doctor overlooked it so you went to a private hospital and they did an ultrasound and had surgery the next day. That is a lie also. When you get a gallstone which causes incredible pain as you described, the pain comes from your pancreas swelling up and pushing against your other organs. In any case, surgery can not be peformed for several days because your pancreas is severly swollen from the gallstone blockage. So I know you didn’t have an instant severe pain and didn’t have surgery the next day. You also claim that a private doctor/hosptial would be able to solve that problem easily. That is false. I suffered severe pains on the sides of my abdomen for several months. Numerous private doctors did not know what was wrong…they thought it was acid reflux and put me on prilosec. Next, i was rushed to the private hospital in an ambulance and they put me in the chest pain center overnight at a cost of 8,500. After some tests, they said “well, it is not your heart so we are discharging you.” A month later and several private doctors later, I was again rushed to the hospital and my lipase levels were 5,500 when they should of been 200. I was ordered a ultra-sound and it was confirmed I had gallstones and pancreatitis. Four days later I had surgery. So, numerous private doctors/hospitals did a faulty diagnosis just like your govt doctor. But your facts defy medical science.
