   Yes!
   The doctors are checking whether you have Hernia.
   They will ask you to turn your head to one side a cough.
   If the testicles jump,and a lump becomes visible to the doctor, you must undergo treatment for Hernia.

   According to my colleagues when they had their pre employment medical exam, the doctor checked “theirs”.
   and that’s one of the reasons why they dont wanna transfer to another company, coz they dont wanna do it again =)
   another colleague of mine, fought with the doctor because he’s against it and could think of the logic behind that.

   yeppers, sorry to say, they do feel the nuts, to check for hernia, just relax and cough, the people giving them are probably as nervous as you, if your getting one from school, most of the doctors are medical students
