What Is The Best Health Care Job For Me?

I’ve taken classes for fashion a few years ago right out of high school, total waste of time and money!! I need to find something that is promising and that will earn good money. I know health care isn’t so much for the squeamish (definitely me) but is there something for me? I’m good with people, I’m a whiz on computers but i really don’t want to be simply a medical bookkeeper because it doesn’t seem to make much more money than I made being a retail manager. Any suggestions?
