A CNA or STNA , depending on what state you are from, is the best way to go. This will give you a great insight into the nursing/ medical career field.
Talk to any nurse nd you will find out many of them started out as a CNA. It is a valuable experience no matter what healthcare field you choose.

Do a CNA instead of MA, in my area there’s more CNA jobs and our local college requires the CNA anyways to get into the LPN program.
Any entry level job to get your foot in the door at the place you want to work would be great. Aim for a clerical job.

CNA. Once you are in the door, they will do just about anything to keep you if you are really a good worker with potential. Good luck.

You could work within the office, at a doctor or hospital. Also CNA, hospitals are hiring those now. I volunteered at the hospital and because of this I got quite a few interviews within the medical field. I did not take those jobs though, I work as a receptionist for a dealership. I really love it here too.
