Dr. Tom Coburn (Senator of Okla.) thinks they are no good for America. It is nothing more than the Government selling you insurance, with the same limitations that are in the private sector, only they will be more poorly ran.

I would think the medical docs would be licking their chops to milk the fund dry in a similar fashion as medicare and medicaid.
