Starting A New Job – Company Offers Private Medical Insurance – Will They Will Ask For Your Medical Records?

I am thinking about starting a new job, but they offer private medical insurance as one of the ‘perks’. Does that mean I will get a full medical before starting + they will ask for my medical records?

    No. They may require a physical. no one has access to you medical records with out you permission.
