Question About Busted Blood Vessle On My Private Area?

I have what appears to be a busted blood vessle on the outside of my vagina on the skin. It is a bit swollen, and is tender. It is deep red (almost brown), but not really raised. What could this be? I’ve made an appointment with my doctor, but she cannot get me in until Monday. I’m a little worried. Could it be any type of STD? Or is it probably just a ruptured blood vessle? What do you guys think?

    It could be a varicose vein good job you have an appointment with your doctor.
