When i used to be 16-17 i could last arrox 3-4 hours in bed. Now that im 19 its hard to get a hard on, and when i do, i only last for 20-30. 1 hour – 1 hour in a half at most…..whats going on? do i have somthing? ….or do i lack of good blood circulation. I have been lazy for a while (not working out) and stopped drinking milk (used to drink it all the time). please tell me im soo worried

did you abuse opioids? withdrawal from opioids give tremendously fast ejaculation… if you use opioids now and then, even if you don’t feel a real withrawal syndrome it can cause moderate fast ejaculation.
If you have never abused opioids. it may be a lack of serotinine.
try to increase l-tryptophan in your daily diet…

opioids are hard addicting pain-killers drugs like morphine, codeine, heroin and oxycontin.
Since you don’t even know what they are, that’s surely not your problem.
Serotonin is a chemical produced in our organism to give “well being messages” to our brain. Its lack causes depression and other symptoms, includin PE…
L-tryptophan is a chemical precursor present in some food that our brain use to produce serotonin.
Milk contains both L-tryptophan and traces of caseomorphine (an opioid)

no i dont use drugs. im drug and alcohol free ^-^. Serotonin? where can i find that? do i have to start drinking milk again?. its true i have been very derpressed lightly, and more a while now
