All kids look at mom and dad like they are superheroes and you should set the example to your kids that exercise and good nutrition are part of your lifestyle. The biggest reason a child has weight problems is simple, they eat too many calories and they don’t burn enough of them. Our kids today play a video game instead of the real version of the sport.
