Right now I have minimum legal liability coverage for California through Progressive. Their website is being a bizo atch, so I can’t find out there; here’s the question:
Can I get motorcycle insurance that covers ME, medically, in case of my next accident?

Yes and it covers passengers too. Some dont get the insurance because they can use their regular medical policy.

Yes.
Call Allstate. I don’t remember the particular details of my policy, but I do know medical is covered. That’s also on a liability only policy.

NEXT accident?
Your best insurance is leather, fella. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather sweat than bleed.
If you can’t afford full coverage AND medical payments, there’s probably a reason. I only pay $34/month for all that on a 600cc sportbike, and have had one crash in five years that wasn’t my fault.
Why is YOURS so expensive?

Speak to your agent about what types of coverage you currently have. If you are planning your NEXT road rash already you may want to invest in something with DOORS.

You know, this question reminds me of my new bumper sticker.
