Looks Like I May Have Herniated Disk. Whole Private Area Is Numb. Any Ideas On How To Regain Feeling In Area?

I can barely feel when I have to go to the restroom. I haven’t done a bowel movement all day. My doctor had me do an emergency MRI and we will talk about the results on tuesday. This happened today (friday). Any ideas to help the numbness until then?

    No sorry, if you have a herniated disk you should rest as much as you can until you discuss your options with your doctor.
