Is It Cheaper For The Us To Provide Free Medical Care To Illegal Immigrants Or To Have Them Spread Tb?

12 million illegal immigrants are ALREADY HERE, so don’t tell me we have to stop immigration. It is too late. The question is: Would you prefer to eat in a restaurant where food is prepared by someone who has a TB or do you think it’s better to give illegal immigrants free health care? If not, why?

    I think basic medical care should not be denied a person due to inability to pay. This will protect society from many health risks.
    They are here, so they might as well be as healthy as possible, and the children should be educated, of course.
    This is for the greater good of all of us, even those of you who do not realize this yet.

    Why in the hell should I pay for someone that isn’t even in this nation legally to get health care, when I can barely afford to pay for the health insurance for my own family??????? THAT IS ABSOLUTELY STUPID RATIONAL!
    Illegal immigration has to be stopped! If they came into this nation legally, they would receive FREE examinations to come into this nation, and FREE treatment. Why should we be rewarding illegal activity? “Hey! Come on into the US! We will give you everything if you are criminally here! We don’t care about our laws!”
    This logic is moronic. We need to enforce the laws of this nation, and stop worrying about how to treat the people in this nation illegally. They need to be deported – that is that.

    It happens anyhow. That IS a big result of illegal immigration, since legal visitors leave and don’t get jobs in our meat packing plants while legal workers are screened for disease.
    You can go to the CDC on this one. I am for disease control, but we shouldn’t let them stay once they need services, since that draws more and makes the problem worse. You forget the ‘magnet’ side of the equation.
    What I AM for is screening all food workers for TB and disease as a job requirement.

    Your argument isn’t a very good one. You are right on ONE point though, it is too late. They ARE already here and if they were TB carriers, they would have already done their damage. But they need to be sent home before they do anymore. Future illegals NEED to be PREVENTED from coming so that no more is spread. We need to worry about health care for U.S. Citizens before we do for ANYONE else.

    We wouldn’t have this problem if they came in legally and got a medical exam before being admitted. And no,they shouldn’t be given free health care,they can pay for it like the rest of us have to.

Maybe things such as getting our troops out of harms way, the polar caps melting at an alarming rate, GWB making a mockery of our constitution and international agreements such as the Geneva convention?

    I don’t have anything nice to say about illegal immigrants
    since a family of them caused my uncle to lose a good
    apartment and practically made my uncle homeless.
    They don’t need free medical…or free money, homes, cars,
    or free anything. They need to be deported back so more
    americans can have places to live, work and get medical
    care. Hell, they steal from Walmart where I live all the time
    and try to get away with it and then prices go up everytime
    something gets stolen. They are hurting americans and they
    just need to be sent back for every americans safety,
    health and well being.

    We provide free medical for TB. It’s taken care of by a different government administration. Public health is constantly tracking this. We don’t want them coming in for other stuff, that they need to pay for. THey should pay for having children, although abortion should be free for them.

    Cheaper to PREVENT them coming INTO the USA to begin with and protecting our nation that way, verses letting them free reign.
    EDIT: Ok…They are already here. DEPORT THEM! FINE EMPLOYERS WITH ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC. They will self deport on their own. Most of them are now wanting to get to Canada now anyway. Good ridens!
