In Saudi Arabia, What Type Of Health Care System Is In Place? Public/social Or Private?

If it is private health care, would it be unaffordable for a girl who has no insurance to seek medical care?
Is there any sort of government funded benefit in Saudi Arabia similar to the the Medicaid benefit of America which provides a way for impoverished citizens to have access to health care?

there is both public/government and private… everyone in saudiarabia has the right to healthcare..
the public hospitals are a bit crowded and you usually have to wait and be on a long wait for scheduled followup appointments..
the private you get in and out quicker, but you of course have to pay for these services..
we run on an american style hospital system… we recruit doctors and nurses from all over.. many western trained doctors..
