If You Go To A Private Doctor And Get A Precreption Can You Go To A Hospital To Fill It Or Recieve It?

I am going to the dermotologist and i don’t think they have a pharmacy so beside the regular pharmacies like cvs or walgreen or walmart i wanted to know if i could go to a hospital to recieve my medication.

Dona – You could probably get your dermatologist’s prescription filled at the hospital BUT it would likely be the most expensive of all the places you listed. Call ahead to the hospital, if you wish, to find out and ask the cost. Then phone the pharmacies in the other places you mentioned and get a price quote before you buy. The price differences may amaze you.

No, that is for in hospital use, not for the public.
