Iv got a bad shoulder and refereed to physio but iv been told i have to wait even longer and i have been waiting for ages. i just want to know if i go private if it will affect me with my nhs practise

No it would not affect your position with the NHS. Just be up front and honest with all doctors involved. This way no matter who you see NHS or private they will assist you to there full potential.
