you definately do not want government health care. what a mess that would be. anyhow, that is something that we could never afford. the government may be able to regulate how much the local drug store charges for drugs, but they cannot tell a pharmaceutical company how much to charge. the high costs are to pay for research and development.
I get free government health care now because I am retired military and it is not very good. Also, if they give that to everyone, then every retired military person that spend half a life in the military to earn that, better get a little more in their pension to make up for the fact that everyone else gets it free.

Someone has to address the spiraling out of control medical industry.
We are under the thumb of legal drug dealers posing as ceos.
This is not the fault of the doctors, it’s simply the effect of Money in a monopolized market that people’s lives depend upon.
Medical care is not free in Canada.
Some services are if you choose to take the state plan over private practice.
Personally I have more faith in human beings.
I strongly believe that humans will continue to learn and practice in sincere earnest. If my insurance rates going down or at least rising slower means a drug czar will have to wait a couple months to get his yacht repainted, then so be it.

So you think lowering the cost of drugs and medical care is a bad thing? I guess you are a robot, a machine, and you never need medical treatment and drugs, or else why would it be a bad thing?
And another thing: stop spreading lies, you robot! Doctors’ salaries won’t go down, and people from Canada are not coming to the US for treatment.

You are being scammed by overpriced drugs, overpriced health care that puts it out of reach of the working poor.
I hear about all the Canadians flooding over the border for heath care, but in 39 years here I have never met one yet, although I know they exist because we will always need more money in the system (Not socialized enough)
