your not really describing the pain, is it sore or does it ache? does it hurt when you pee? if you touch your vagina can you feel any bumps? you could have a number of things, herpes being one of them. if it is herpes the pain will become a lot lot worse and needs to be treated. no one can give you the right answer online, it needs to be seen. pls dont have sex, as any infection can be so easily passed, and you'd feel more embarrased if you had a call from a guy saying you had passed on something, than if you saw a doc who believe me has seen it all before and does not pass judgement! be sensible and do the right thing.

Look, mod this down if you want but here's the facts.
You are talking to a group of people with different levels of knowledge about different subjects. The chances you talk to someone on here who is medically trained to diagnose an issue with your vagina is very slim. The other thing is you have not mentioned the type of pain, a scale of 1-10 of intensity, the area that the pain is located in, if your currently on medication, etc etc.
This is why you consult a doctor or other trained physician when there is something wrong with your body. Otherwise the chances for misdiagnoses is great.
Based on what you have said, it could be nothing more than a cramp, or something leading to cervical cancer. Since we don't even know how old you are or any risk factors involved, I'm going to say it again.
Don't be foolish, consult a physician.

You NEED to go to the doctors, what if the pain gets too intense?
