How Long Does My Employer Have To Carry My Medical Insurance After I Was Injured At Work.?

I had surgery for a herniated disk and nerve damage. I am in physical therapy after this surgery, have been for one year. Now my employer informs me that my medical insurance is canceled. Is this legal?

    Did you get hurt at work? If you did you should be getting disability benefits, and as long as you are off work as a result of that injury, I would say it is not legal to cancel your insurance. Unless it is insurance through a company that you pay for it, that might be something totally different. Probably should ask an Attorney. Good luck to you sir.
