Access is a major problem...many people are prohibited from coverage because they have chronic conditions. The fact that health care in this country is tied to one's job is another problem. If you don't work for a corporation or if you work part time OR if you work for a firm that doesn't give a subsidy for health care it can be too expensive for low and moderate wage earners to afford coverage. Since the Constitution of the United States does not mention "health care" the federal government has no authority to interfere in it. The government CANNOT solve the health care “problem”.
