    “How he can” get that- wow. to “start own” practice- I wouldn’t worry about any licenses if I were you. Try and get a job at a bakery or something.

    Firstly you can’t buy them at Tesco.
    The very first thing is to become a doctor by studying, then qualify, – then do community service, then get experience, then specialise, then open your own practise, by this time you will have earned your license to practise through the Medical Board via the NHS.
    No good setting yourself up in private practice unless you are qualified and have a number of years experience under your belt – firstly its against the law and secondly no one will be interested in being a patient of yours unless you fulfill the above criteria.

    Apply to the State in which you want to work.
    Call info and get State medical licencing agency.
    I am assuming by your english, that you are from another country. You will be required to pass a state board exam, extremely hard, and the you will be issued a license.
