   I tried this product with no expectations. I didn’t feel full or less hungry after eating these cookies. I didn’t feel any different at all. I was very disappointed and felt as though I was just adding to my caloric intake by eating the cookies and then a meal afterwards. I still have half of the box left. I would not recommend this product to anyone who is serious about losing weight.

   This is a great diet. After three days I really was not hungrey or had cravings. I have about 50 pds. to lose and have tried every diet out there. This product to my surprise really seems to be working. I’ve lost 6 pds. in 6 days. Hopefully it will keep coming off. The first three days I felt pretty lousy and hungry but by day 4 I was good to go. Today I even forgot to eat (that has never happen before).
