Didn’t care for the chocolate chip flavor. For me, it seems to leave an unpleasant after taste. I did enjoy the other flavors.

Found these at the walgreens counter. AND by the way, each box comes with a 2.00 off coupon inside toward the NEXT box,. and at walgreens, when you buy 1 box of cookies, you get a FREE 32 OZ. miracle hollywood diet 2 day diet juice,. So.. dollar for dollar this is costing you alot less (if you keep the juice or sell it whatever).

So… MY deal was.. not a huge weight loss..but like everyone.. those 5 -10 pounds that just seem to appear after you have a weekend binge! I”m tired of them!

I know its a calorie issue. I KNOW my issue is 11-4 at my computer~~ And I didn’t even KNOW I was doing it until I forgot to put a trash bag liner in my computer room… so all of my snack wrappers were sitting in the trashcan…so I had to transfer all the contents to a liner bag..and I’m like “WHO IN THE HECK ATE THESE DORITOS? WHO AT THIS BAG of pretzels?”

    Answer: Me.

So now I had these cookies.. and a plan… And let me tell you.. It worked. I found myself also..NOT being able to shovel the last cookie in!!

If you want to eat a very sensible, dark green salad at noon..you can. You can eat a tangerine, or an apple or 2 APPLES.. this diet doesn’t TRULY mean you have to co exist on cookies..

But they are the more sensible snack.. and they DO taste good.. the chocolate chip does anyway….

I found myself SO RELIEVED having them in my purse…where if I got this HARD HUNGER PAIN.. I had it, ready to go.. AND THEN you tell yourself… if I still am not full, I can eat another..

    Do this for 2 weeks…and you’ll see 5 pounds gone~! I think I’m up to 8 pounds…

I enjoy this. I also find myself REALLY STOKED at dinner time.. I plan it like I’m a chef! Broccoli, chicken breast, little side salad…. I’m not counting calories. I know that what I’m eating is NOT over 600 calories…

The thing is it got me OFF the snicky-snacking,. and these cookies are an excellent replacement for those of us who sleep-snack during the day~!

This diet does work but there are a few issues with it. I tried it just to lose about 8 pounds that I needed to lose to meet a requirement. I would never have tried it but I had to lose weight quickly.

First off if your actually thinking of trying this you have to know that this is NOT a diet that anyone can actually stick with. This should be used for a quick very small weight loss goal, I would say 10 pounds or less.

    Pro’s

    1. Fiber & Protein, that basically all your getting.

    2. Low calorie

    3. They are cookies, how bad can they be.

    4. Quick loss, if you follow the plan.

    Con’s

    1. Cost! the price is ridiculous 12 cookies for $20.00 come on who are you kidding? They are a rip-off!

    2. Sustainability. There is no way that this is going to teach you how to change your eating habits and you can’t follow this diet forever it’s a fad.

    3. Taste… There not that bad but they do kinda taste like an old stale grandmas cookie.

    4. Variety.. You only have a few kinds to choose from making the sustainability factor that much worse.

    5. Did I mention price? Seriously they are a Rip-Off!! They should be at the $5.00 a box range but since this is a “Weight Loss” product they get the people that are looking for any easy solution.

My recommendation is if you need a very small quick loss in a very short time you might want to try this. However if you are looking for something that is going to tackle a serious weight issue seek a dietitian not this.

I recently started this diet and although it’s probably not for everyone; I really like it and it works with my lifestyle. I only think about food once a day and that’s to prepare a healthly, flavorful and pre-planned dinner every day. The other diets have you thinking about food all day and this one is easy. A big downfall is if you let yourself get too hungry before you eat the cookie; it should be eaten in a timely manner, i.e. every 3-4 hours. I don’t however limit my dinner to 500 calories because to me it would be a dramatic very low calorie diet which doesn’t work with my body. The cookies provide 600 daily calories and so I prepare my dinner with 600-800 calories which makes it safer and I lose slower (2-3 pounds weekly). I have been trying to lose weight for years and I believe that I have finally found my niche. I lost 12 pounds in one month and I haven’t lost that much weight on a diet ever.
