Yes, you can, even if you are 15. Just book an appointment in your local medical practice. Doctors will not tell your parents unless you give them permission.

Did you ever think that you may put the doctor in a difficult professional, moral and legal position?
So don’t do it. You need to talk to your parents first, that’s why you have parents. If you are under the age of consent the doctor has professional, moral and legal issues to consider and may have to inform your parents anyway

I don’t know because I live in the USA. However, I find the answers here very interesting, saying that yes you can, because here you couldn’t get to see a doctor without an insurance card which I’m sure you don’t have so you would have to have your parents with you.

I’m from the Uk and yes of course you can make an appointment with doctors yourself. Anything you tell him is strictly confidential. So make the appointment so you can put your mind at rest. Worrying abot it will just make you feel worse.

Most doctors will have no problem with you making an appointment for yourself at 15 years. The odds are all you need by the way is a bit of reassurance that this is nothing.

sure you can !
doctors have to be confidential with patients anyway so they wouldn’t tell your parents as long as it’s not life threatening or a matter of serious surgery where you need your parents signature.
how old are you?

yes, you can make an appointment. Any consultation will be confidential. I wouldn’t think you have anything at all to be worried about.

Most GPs won’t have a problem with having a consultation with a sensible 15 year old. Just phone and make an appointment, it should be fine.
