Guys : Why Does The Doctor Checks Your Private Region Whey Your Going For A Check Up ?
why does the doctor check your private area when your going for a check up like when your applying at the college or just a full body check up ??
i just find it as maybe an invasion of privacy like i need my space and i dont care if your doing it to check if everything is fine if im not complaining that something pains/hurts me in my groin then why the hell do you have to stick your fingers somewhere where they don’t belong
and maybe its because i have PTSD -post traumatic stress disorder
i was molested by a pedophile when i was 12 im 18 now and i just dont want anyone to touch me somewhere where they shouldn’t
and i know that doctors have done and seen it all but you never know maybe the doctor is a pervert and just does it to get a sick pleasure from it
so what exactly do they check for ?? some kind of hernia ?

You can tell the doctors in advance, before the day of examination your story and so that it’s why you would preffer not to te touched. You can show willing to give information (if you ever felt pain there or so).
Be nice and make sure they read your letter or they hear you.
Success and however, don’t panic if they refuse you. They might have problems if you have a disease and they approved you. So please understand them too.
I would act like a pro and let them know that in a letter or face to face but before the exam.

well i kinda understand what are your going through i have PTSD myself and i need to have my personal space
but yes they are checking for hernias and i dont think that they check for cancer that way they usually stick their fingers up someones butt to chekc for prostate cancer

I’m certainly sorry that you were molested as a 12-year-old. However, your penis and testicles are a very important part of your body, and as such, things can go wrong. At your age, not only is he checking for a hernia, but possibly also for testicular cancer. That’s something you don’t want to mess with!
Do your own testicular exam, right after a shower. Just feel them, and roll them between your fingers, feeling for any lumps, or pain.
I would also recommend some time with a professional counselor. Your feelings about what happened to you, when you were 12, are normal, but it seems to me that you are letting them have some control that isn’t normal. What happened, happened, and cannot be erased. You may get to a point where you go for a very long time, without thinking about what was done to you, and then all of the sudden, something happens, and you remember what happened to you, and you have to relive all that crap that is painful. How you react is going to affect not only you, but those you love.
It’s normal and necessary for a physician to be given permission to see you completely nude, and to examine your genitals, if you’re going in for a full physical. If you complain about a sore throat, and go to the doc, then you shouldn’t have to strip naked. But a full physical necessitates nudity, and handling of your genitals. You need to let that happen.

Checking private area is a must to make sure that the man is completely normal.testing the testicles is important to identify abnormalities…even genetic abnormalities can be known as they particularly appear in the form of testis size.Normally these were checked by family doctor when the guy is in puberty and also tested by army doctors for admission into defense services,and there are many other diseases which can be diagnosed by testing private parts…like hernia as u have said ,. Ofcourse pedophile doctors are great insult to the medical profession,they should be shot dead !
