Full Time Student Part Time Job, Not Enough For Medical Insurance?

I am 20 yrs old and need braces. I have no insurance nor benefits at my job. The job I work at plays very little but works well with my schedule in school. Is there a way I can get braces by applying to Gold card or any type of medical help. I live in Texas if that helps. I don’t know where to start nor on what I can do.
