Do Liberal Support Universal Health Care Because They Are Obese And Don’t Want To Pay The Medical Bills?

Almost all liberals I see are overweight and its disgusting. This will cost so much because of all the problems bought about by obesity. Yet, liberals continue to say that it isn’t bad to be overweight and push universal health care, hmm, maybe they are trying to hide their plans of using OUR tax money to pay for their heart disease and diabetes?

    Nope, in fact most Liberals are very health conscious and slender, myself included. I think that most intelligent individuals will agree that being overweight is detrimental to your health. However, I doubt overweight people want to be overweight but they probably can’t go to a doctor because they don’t have insurance.
    I support universal health care because I work in a hospital and the hospitals are going into debt trying to provide for those who are uninsured while the big insurance are trying to practice medicine. Guess who ends up paying for those uninsured patients? We, the tax payers because the hospitals have to keep raising prices.

    That’s a ridiculous premise. “They are all overweight.” Please. I’m certainly not obese.
    I am, however, supportive of universal healthcare since 46 million Americans can’t afford the excessive cost of healthcare in this country, and millions don’t have insurance, even though they work. The U.S. is 27th on the list of world healthcare, after tiny countries. Even insured people have claims denied all of the time. The entire system is a joke. You can’t live in a bubble forever.

    Plenty of republicans are overweight too, and use the emergency room as their first line of health care. They may say they’re conservative, but they have no problem sucking up tax dollars.

    Do conservatives oppose it because that will help get rid of undesirables? Minorities, poor, elderly, terminally ill etc.?
    And excuse me, weren’t liberals blamed of trying to tell people how to live and what choices to make? Weren’t liberals the ones who helped remove soda and candy from vending machines in schools, banned transfats and pushed the restaurant and processed foods industry to list all of their ingredients and calories?

    If we’re going to make unprovable generalizations, I’m gonna say that conservatives are, as a whole, fatter than liberals. I’m pretty sure it’s the South and Midwest who have a proud tradition of deep frying all their foods and covering them in gravy.

    The Liberals are going to run the current healthcare system into the ground just like they did with the Mortgage industry with “Affordable housing.” The current system is 60% nationalized the way it is.
