Can We Still Cover Our Daughter With Our Medical Insurance After She Gets Married?

We live in Texas our daughter is 18 and lives at home. She is 5 months pregnant she wants to get married before the baby is born can we still cover her on our insurance after she gets married. Her boyfriend works but has no medical insurance. After the baby is born she was going to go on medicade.

    She will not longer be covered once she gets married. She needs to get on medicade along with her baby once it is born. Welfare will come after her boyfriend/husband though.

    No. She will no longer be your dependent.
    I would check with the insurance company, to see if the delivery would be covered. After all, the pregnancy did originate while she was your dependent. I sincerely doubt it would be covered, but it is worth a phone call to find out.
