i have employer insurance. can i enrolled my 3 kids. i can qualify with my income, my wife cannot work. if i put it on my employer the part that i have to pay is huge.

In most states, yes, you can. You’ll have to apply, and they’ll let you know for sure.

This is going to sound horrible, but this is how the U.S. works:
1. File for divorce. Make sure that she gets custody of the children and that you get all assets that could affect qualifying for healthy families.
2. Have her (as a “single” mother) apply for healthy families for herself and the children.
