Hey, im 15 i live in the uk so please dont post any answers that apply to the american health system.
anyway…. i am worried that there is something seriously wrong with me i feel low all the time, i hate myself…my body, how i look my abilities, i just generaly loathe every little piece of myself. when i feel down it is usually for no reason and the littlest thing can make me feel so ****, worthless and give up hope on everything i self harm coz i feel it helps me get over these feelings a little…..i am wondering if it is possible for me to book a doctors appointment in the uk and tell him about all this and my self harm and for the doctor not to tell my parents…i dont want my parents to know anything about this coz they will hate me though i think they do already please help x

I was in a similar situation a year or two ago. It’s good that you’re looking for help.
Do you have counselors at your school? You can talk to them and they will get you help. They might be required to tell your parents, but I’m not sure. Telling your parents might be a good thing, though.
