i have united healthcare, this is what i do. i go for my yearly with my normal doctor (i have had some problems with dysplasia) and then i also go for a yearly at planned parenthood that i pay for. if i were to get birth control through my normal doctor, it is about 30 – 35. through planned parenthood, it is 17. therefore in two months, the planned parenthood appt paid for itself and then i save about 150-200 a year, by doing it this way.

United Helathcare has several different plans, so it would depend on your plan. All you have to do is call the number on the back of your card and ask.

yeah like Dovie said… it varies employer to employer plan to plan. it also depends on whether the particular drug you want is generic, brand name, or non-formulary.
